Konstantinos is a Financial Consultant with more than fifteen years’ experience in management - financial consulting, and tax accounting services. He is specialized in new industrial technologies, project management and financial modeling. He has worked as a freelancer with mainly financial services, retailers, gaming, telecommunications, tech startups and construction companies. He is one of the Legal Experts for the Court of Appeal of Athens on financial disputes and bankruptcy laws, helping with his expertise and his intermediations the Court judges reach verdicts on Article 99 bankruptcies and major banking indictments. He has also served as a liquidator and administrator for SA companies. Moreover, he is a certified mediator, involved in numerous investment projects in Greece and valuations.
He graduated from the University of Piraeus, earning his B.Sc. in Financial Studies. As next step, he earned his Professional M.B.A. from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens, Greece and he graduated from MIT Sloan, through “MIT EPGM” in Boston Massachusetts, US and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He speaks English and Greek fluently and enjoys traveling, playing soccer, windsurfing and reading financial books.
Yiannis S. Bakoyiannis

Yannis has more than 30 years of experience in the finance sector providing services to large multinational, listed and state sector companies. He has delivered organization and reorganization projects, financial advisory and business reviews to commercial, manufacturing, and services companies. He has attended numerous seminars about personnel and finance management, communication, cost, accounting, quality, and computerization as well as taught in seminars on incentive laws, tax deductibility of expenses, tax books and documents. He is an active legal expert for the Court of Appeal of Athens on economic issues and banking disputes.
He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business, with major in accounting and business administration and post graduate studies in taxation. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and he is fluent in English and Greek and enjoys traveling.
